Removed old license language

Nothing material has changed in this update. If you've already downloaded this document, you do not need to download it again. However, I would ask that you please not distribute the old version (dated prior to 01/09/2023).
The only change I made was to delete the last page. It effectively removed the license material written by a certain villainous corporation. Near as I understand it, I was under no legal obligation to use it anyways.
